Common questions

I signed up with Apple or Google and "Forgot password" doesn't send a code.
Accounts that sign in with Apple or Google have no password. Open the app and tap Continue with Apple (or Google).

I lost the phone with my authenticator app.
Email us from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account › Delete account. It deletes everything and can't be undone. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account.
